We [enjoyed] our first snowfall in Maple Valley last weekend! The temperatures continued to drop into the low thirties and high twenties and then the rain turned into snow. It turns out that this happens just a couple of times each winter. Sweet!! As you could well imagine, Shalyn is especially excited about it. ;)

by the way, if you click on the photograph and look closely, you will see that chase has a car in his hand...he almost ALWAYS has a car in his hand. absolute boy.
